What are the payment options?
Currently, we are accepting online payments only. You can use Debit/Credit cards. COD in India will be available soon.
Do you take customizations?
Absolutely! We love custom orders. Since our jewelry is handmade and handcrafted, we can customize it according to your preference of color, size, design, or to match a particular clothing. Simply email us to place custom orders or book an appointment to visit our store to see your options first hand.
Do you have a store I can visit?
We understand that online shopping is not everyone's cup of tea, some shoppers want to see their products before purchasing. Currently, we have our workshop/warehouse and if you prefer to see how the magic happens first hand or buy after seeing, you are welcome to book an appointment by shooting us an e-mail.
What about cloth/metal quality?
We work very hard to find the best of high quality raw materials, sourced from different parts of the world. You can be sure of best quality when you shop with us because we go out of our way in creating each unique product, from concept to delivery. We are not saying this, our committed customer base says so :)
How to care for handmade jewelry?
You can care for your jewelry by storing them in a dry place to prevent oxidization. We recommend jewelry pouches/small ziploc bags. When you buy from us, you will already receive it in a pouch that you can reuse. Keep your jewelry away from perfume and sweat and they will shine for years!
Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet, but we are working on the same.
Additionally, if you want your order gift wrapped or sent with a special message, we can do this for you at no extra cost- Just email us your message/giftwrap request along with your Order Number.
